To report a change of address on any SCU account
Please visit our Forms page or stop by any SCU office so that we may verify your request and your identity.  Bring your valid government-issued picture ID.  To help prevent fraud, we no longer make address changes based solely on notifications received from the US Postal Service.  We will attempt to contact you if we receive a change of address notification and will provide you with instructions to follow.

If you have unresolved concerns about specific activity on your SC State Credit Union account, you can request an independent review of that activity. Your request will be submitted to SCU’s Supervision Committee and the review will be conducted by the Committee’s Internal Audit Department. Your request must be in writing and include the following information:
  1. Your name and account number
  2. A detailed description of the activity you are concerned about. It should include dates, amounts and types of transactions. It should include a clear explanation of why you have concerns about the activity. Please also list any efforts you have made to resolve your concerns prior to the request.
This method should not be used for general questions about the credit union or your accounts. The requests should be limited to matters that the credit union has been unable to resolve through normal channels to your satisfaction.

Requests can be mailed to:
