You'll need to get a personal identification number (PIN) before you can use the system. (It is not the same as your SCU Online PIN.) For your security, please stop by any SCU branch to obtain this or fax your request to 803-255-8553. Please include your member number and your signature so we can verify your identity. Please let us assign a PIN for you. Then you can change it to something you prefer by selecting option 6 from the Telephone Teller main menu.
